Adoption of Data-centric Methods

Many of my observations recently about the marketing industry correlate with the findings in this report. It's clear to me and others in the industry that wide adoption of data centric methods will be key to growth moving forward. I personally will be investing heavily into this in my organization over the coming years, through hiring and internal training programs.

Opportunities with language models

I believe that every industry will benefit heavily from the use of AI and generally agree with many of the observations made. However, I think with the current state of LLMs there are more opportunities to integrate AI (as defined in this document), into current marketing departments. As an example, I think using ChatGPT's code interpreter as a data scientist for marketers may benefit them more than diving into the details of data science or going through the hassle of hiring a competent data scientist.
